Jeff leads with precision and excellence and has over a decade of leadership experience in the defense industry, managing multiple $300M+ programs throughout his extensive career.
He leads teams through all project phases, specializing in aerospace products. Skilled in Earned Value Management (EVM) and Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), Jeff ensures program success with expertise in data analysis and project management, he delivers high-quality solutions.
Rodney Stanley
Founder and COO, Developer of Crystal Cell Technology

Rodney has a focus in early stage startup development and strategy with an emphasis into technology integrations.
On his journey to a PhD in Technology Management, he is the creator of the Crystal Technology systems and aspires to spread awareness of the technology through Scuba Panda DAO into real world applications.

Faroz is an operations specialist with a strong foundation in ERP systems and a keen ability to streamline processes and enhance team coordination.
While contributing to Scuba Panda DAO, he is actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a concentration in Accounting. Faroz brings a solutions-oriented mindset to the team, combining technical proficiency with clear communication to support organizational growth and efficiency.
