Ownership of an NFT does not include any rights to the associated digital content, except as explicitly granted by the creator in a written license.

NFTs do not represent ownership in the site or any underlying physical asset unless explicitly stated.

Transactions are executed on public blockchains, which we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for any blockchain delays, errors, or irreversible actions.

3. Wallets and Security

To interact with the Site, you may be required to connect a third-party crypto wallet (e.g., MetaMask).

You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. We do not store wallet credentials.

www.scubapandadao.com is not responsible for any loss of funds, assets, or data due to unauthorized access to your wallet.

4. Marketplace Usage

Our platform includes functionality for users to list, buy, and sell NFTs. You agree to use the marketplace in good faith:

Listings must be accurate and not misleading.

You agree not to engage in price manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activity.

You agree not to circumvent platform fees or use automated bots.

We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend accounts, or cancel listings for any reason.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (excluding user-generated NFTs) is the property of www.scubapandadao.com or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to do so and that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Ownership of an NFT does not grant rights to the underlying intellectual property unless explicitly stated by the creator.

Upload or create NFTs that are defamatory, obscene, or infringe on the rights of others.

Interfere with the Site’s security or technical operations.

We do not guarantee that NFT values will appreciate or have any future utility.

Loss of data, NFTs, or cryptocurrency;
